Q: How much notice do I have to give to book a minibus?
A: We advice that if you are looking to book a minibus with swift minibus hire then you give at least 24 hours notice, however in some the benefits of having a large fleet of minibuses enables us to take last minute bookings also. So the best way to find out if we have a minibus available is to call us.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
We do take a 30% deposit to confirm the booking, this is to insure that a minibus is available for the time and day that you require. Under very special circumstances we would take bookings without deposit being paid.

Q: Is there an extra charge if my flight has been delayed?
A: There is no extra charge if your flight is delayed, although we would appreciate if you could inform us prior to when your flight is rescheduled for, and at the same time we will track the flight on our systems.

A: You will have the drivers phone number so you can communicate with him directly and arrange a safe and convenient pick up point.
